Meeting Highlights:
Finances for Experience Asia 2008 - ACT have a surplus of approximately
$ 2,500.00 for the event.
Venue Preparation - Aurora and Shannon will map the venue on
Wednesday where everybody will be positioned.
Media/Ads - Soma is taking care of this. ACT Representatives
will be featured at Dr. Kay Picart Talk Show at WTAL on Friday
from 12 - 1.
Fund Raising / Sponsors - Souvenir Program will be at the the
Printing Press on Tuesday.
Vendors and Exhibitors - Dr. TS Wu is updating the spreadsheet.
Program of Activities / Performances - Ferdie Francisco need
the music by Sunday, September 21, 2008. E-mail sent to members
every week reminding on this deadline to submit their music
and description. Music and description of performance not submitted
by Wednesday, will be the performers responsibility to give
the music and description at the Event. It is not ACT's responsibility
if the music did not play at the event.
Volunteers - We need volunteers please coordinate with Aurora
Hansen at cell number (850) 321-1114, fax number (850) 891-3912.
Video/Photographer - Nick Baldwin and Dan Looney will be the
Video Photographer for ACT.

Please send your music and performance description by Wednesday
Morning. If you fail to send in your music or performance
description on Wednesday you are responsible to provide the
music at the stage and give the description to the Emcee.
ACT, Emcee of the Event and the City of Tallahassee are not
responsible for any errors if you fail to submit on Wednesday
morning. You are on your own.
