15th annual FSU International Bazaar
Time: March 27, 2010 1-5PM.
Location: FSU Union Ballrooms
Your group can be involved in the Bazaar in a number of ways. The
most common form of involvement consists of creating a table display
which can include facts about your country, samples of traditional
dress, and clips of typical music. The most popular table displays
in the past have also included an interactive element, such as teaching
people origami. Your organization also has the opportunity to perform
at the event. Performances are encouraged to be interactive. For example,
people from your organization could perform a dance and then teach
the steps. Other popular performances have included poetry or play
readings, musical entertainment, or anything you think presents a
true depiction of your country. Your organization is encouraged to
participate in more than one of these categories of involvement to
provide a fuller picture of your culture.
